Can we move on?–Jay Carney, White House

The president wasn’t there. I mean, he wasn’t on stage.”

Mr. Carney, No, we cannot move on.  In introducing the president, Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. The president has made a habit of surrounding himself with people like Hoffa, then saying he didn’t hear their hate and incitement. Recall Ayers, Rev. Wright, and others. The president is now the leader of the country and it is time for him to show some respect for Americans, to walk the talk of civility that he calls for, and renounce the words of his friend Hoffa. Anything less, “can we move on”, simply says Obama agrees with Hoffa and is through proxies calling for incitement against fellow Americans.

Even Maureen Dowd Abandons Obama

The One is no more.  As Governor Palin noted a few months back, Barack Obama is a Lame Duck.  Now, even Maureen Dowd recognizes this and abandons Obama.

The leader who was once a luminescent, inspirational force is now just a guy in a really bad spot.”–Maureen Dowd

Commonsense from James Carville

If there is one person I’d want as my advocate, it wouldn’t be Karl Rove, David Axelrod, or any of the others out there.  No, it would be James Carville.

Today he offered clear advice on Obama’s error in attempting to schedule a presidential address to Congress next Wednesday. (Besides the fact that such a joint session is at the invitation of Congress not at the demand of the president.).  On “Good Morning America” he explained:

I do think this is a really big debate, and I think the White House was out of bounds…in trying to schedule a speech during a debate.”

Given a “choice between watching a debate and the speech, I would have watched the debate and I’m not even a Republican or even close to being a Republican.”

Will Obama next blame God for his problems?

Obama has blamed his problems on the earthquake in Japan, now on the hurricane that sputtered its way up the East Coast of the U.S.  These are both what many might call Acts of God.  Will we next see Obama blame God for his problems?

Obama Mocked for his Misstatements.

My fellow Americans in all 57 states, the time has changed for come. With our country founded more than 20 centuries ago, we have much to celebrate – from the FBI’s 100 days to the reforms that bring greater inefficiencies to our health care system. We know that countries like Europe are willing to stand with us in our fight to halt the rise of privacy, and Israel is a strong friend of Israel’s. And let’s face it, everybody knows that it makes no sense that you send a kid to the emergency room for a treatable illness like asthma and they end up taking up a hospital bed. It costs, when, if you, they just gave, you gave them treatment early, and they got some treatment, and ah, a breathalyzer, or an inhalator. I mean, not a breathalyzer, ah, I don’t know what the term is in Austrian for that…
